The Email

 

If you don't have E-Mail accounts setup with your web host, go to Step 4.

There are two steps to moving email accounts that need to be completed for each email address:
  1. Create the email accounts on your new web host.
  2. Update your mail settings in your mail client (Outlook, etc).
The process you need to go through to create your email accounts will depend on the type of control panel your new web host uses. Regardless, it should be as simple as creating each new account with the same username and password as you used with your old web host.

If any settings like mail server or port numbers need changing in your mail client, your new web host will be able to provide you with the details, just shoot them off an email or speak with their technical support.
